Students come to train for various reasons, some come for the love of the sport, others enjoy the fight and the adrenalin rush that comes with it, some want to be “Well Rounded MMA Fighters”, others enjoy learning and practicing “the Sweet Science” of Boxing, and there are those that look at Boxing or Muay Thai as a great way to get or stay in shape.  For the above reasons it is not possible to train everybody in the same way and we believe that a different focus requires different workout structure for almost every individual student. The main directions we focus on are given below:
